GDM Megaron Luxury Hotel is a historical building in Heraklio that was built in 1925. It was of course recently redecorated and the great architectural design and the interior decoration will welcome each and every guest in a warm atmosphere. Megaron Hotel is located right in the centre of Heraklion city with a very nice view to its harbour. It is only a few meters away from the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion and the Historical Museum. You can also visit The Great Palace of Knossos with a few minutes drive.

All 58 Megaron hotel rooms are decorated in style and have succeeded in combining taste, luxury and comfort. The rooms are pleasantly furnished and have velvet fabrics. They all have the standard amenities but the VIP rooms and suites have some extra facilities and amenities.

The 32 Executive Rooms have sea or land view. The elegant rooms are available for non-smoking guests.

The 16 VIP Rooms can accommodate up to 3 persons and are also available for non-smokers. In the VIP rooms you will find a Radio and a CD player, 'Raindrop' or a wonderful Jacuzzi and finally, TV in the bathroom.

The 8 Junior Suites have land view and can accomodate up to 3 people who can relax in the sitting area, listen to the radio or to a CD. The junior suites also have TV in the bathroom.

The 2 Presidential Suites will accomodate you in a modern and classical style room, decorated in the finest materials. The sitting area and the spacious bedroom are divided by a decorative partition. The Suites also offer a DVD and CD player, radio, a kitchenette corner, a fine dressing room and in the bathroom you will find a Jacuzzi and TV.
