- What are the conditions to rent a car?
For luxury and commercial groups, you must
be over 25 years old and have the driving
license at least 2 years. For the other
groups, you must be over 21 years old and
have driving license at least 1 year.

- How can I do reservation?
Just fill and send Reservation Form or mail:
info@estamostravel.com, or go to an Estamos
Travel Office.
- How can I cancel the reservation?
You can change or cancel your reservation
from any Estamos Travel Office or mail:
info@estamostravel.com.
- I do not have a credit card. How can I do
reservation?
If you come together with a family member
who has a credit card and register him as a
second driver at Rental Agreement, you can
do the reservation.
- What is the maximum rental period?
There is no limitation.
- Can I travel out of Kuşadası by the
vehicle I rented from Estamos Travel?
Unfortunately, it is not possible.
- Can someone else drive the vehicle that I
rented?
The vehicle can be driven by anyone else, if
it is registered in the rental agreement.
- Can I leave the vehicle anywhere in
Kuşadası ?
One way rental fee is applied, if the
vehicle is left out of Kuşadası borders. For

- In which positions, I cannot a benefit
from the insurances?
The vehicle must not be moved from the
accident site and the accident, traffic and
alcohol reports must be obtained. For the
theft insurance, you must get police or
gendarme report.
- What must I do, if an accident happens?
Don't move the vehicle from the accident
site, go to nearest police or gendarme
station and call Estamos Travel 0256

- Can I use my insurance, if glass is broken
or tire explose?
This kind of damages, which occur of wrong
driving is not to be covered by insurance.
- Can I rent luxury cars from Estamos
Travel?
If you rent minimum 12 months, you can
benefit from our luxury cars.
- Can I get special prices for the long term
rentals?
You can get special prices according to the
rental period.
- Does Estamos Travel do fleet rent?
You can make long term rental from Estamos
Travel.
- During the maintenance period, does
Estamos Travel give a new vehicle?
Yes.
- Can I rent a driver together with the
vehicle?
If you pay 40.-USD / day extra for the
driver, you can have.
