- Rental Age
A minimum of 25 years of age is required for
the commercial vehicles. For other groups,
the minimum rental age is 21.
- Rental Period
Minimum rental period is 1 day. If delayed
returns are more than 3 hours, 1 additional
day is charged. For delayed returns less
than 3 hours, one fifth of the rental charge
is added.
- Insurances
It is must that the renters are fully
insured by the way law orders and to make
insurance offers according to the customers
requirements. Because of that Intercity
makes the following insurances; Collision
Damage Waiver (CDW), Personal Accident
Insurance (PAI), Third Party Liability.
- What is included and excluded in the rates
Rates are inclusive of unlimited free
kilometre, costs of lubrication and
technical main tenancy, insurance of CDW.
Petrol, one way rentals, delivery and
pick-up, Value Added Tax at the rate of 18%
are calculated separately.
- Traffic Fines

fines and the legal responsibilities
resulting from traffic violations that occur
during the rental period are charged to the
renter.
- Driving Licence
Minimum 2 years old driving license is
required for the commercial vehicles . For
other groups, the license should be at least
1 year old.
- Payment Conditions
Cash and credit cards are both accepted by
Intercity. An additional deposit is also
collected apart from rental fee. The exact
rental fee is to be calculated upon handing
over the vehicle.
- Accident and Stolen Conditions
In case of an accident or damage, the
vehicle must not be moved from the accident
site and the accident, theft and alcohol
reports must be obtained from the nearest
police or gendarme station in order to have

- Additional Drivers
The vehicle can be driven by anyone else, if
it is registered in the rental agreement. An
additional cost is not subject.
- Driving Abroad
Vehicles are not permitted to travel abroad. |
