HOTEL: The original cavern building, dating from
the 14th century, over the years, has served as a
Venetian mansion as well as a monastery's quarters
and storage house. It was restored in strict
accordance with the architecture and geometry of the
buildings of Santorini, using local materials,
mainly stone, with colors and techniques inherited
from the past.
ROOMS: With the first glimpse, the colors of the
island are reflected in the uniqueness of each
suite. The blue, the white, the ochra, the
terracotta, the green. With a personal touch on the
decor, authentic Cycladic architecture accents are
